Terrible food. Horrible customer service. I ordered from seamless. Order came late and was not correct - Terrace Bagel refused to give a refund or even partial refund.
The bagels here are outstanding- very tasty! However we placed a big order for after my sister's funeral service and the delivery man came with all of items (cheeses, meat, salads and coffee) but forgot the all the bagels we had ordered and we couldn't get them to rush over a delivery to fix their mistake. A friend had to go out and pick up the order and we never got an apology about the trouble they caused.
Extremely slow service. Extremely high prices (more than double orher local delis). And they have had a broken toaster for over 2 weeks. How is that acceptable for a NYC deli?! Especially when a bacon egg and cheese on a roll runs you 6 dollars...
Wow, talk about a bagel joint! The best bagel in the Park Slope metropolitan area - north or south! They have your usual selection plus excellent additions such as pumpernickel everything and egg everything. The cream cheese was perfect and the lox was exquisite.
Good food and great staff I have been a customer for years
Gotta love the bagels here and the self serve coffee! Everything bagel with the Canadian bacon, cheese and egg is delicious and the Lox spread on an everything (toasted) makes me happy every time.
Went here randomly after lunch and the bagels were surprisingly great and affordable. Huge bagel as well.
Wow. Toothy, delicious bagels. World class cream cheese offerings. Quick service. Deli prices, plus lots of room to sit.
Best bagels in Park Slope. Eat in or take out. Huge selection of baked goods and appetizers. Daily specials. Fast, friendly service.
Great for breakfast. Delicious bagels and quick orders. However, every time I go in for lunch to grab a simple wrap, I end up waiting while those that ordered after me get their food before. And every lunch order I’ve placed, they leave something out. I don’t know what I’m tipping for.
I thought I just didn't like bagels when I moved to NYC and kept looking around for the "really good" bagels everyone talked about and being unimpressed. I thought that maybe these really were the good bagels and that I was the problem. Was there something wrong with me? Then a friend brought me here, to Terrace Bagels. I now know where the good bagels are. Thank you, Terrace Bagels, for showing me that it wasn't my fault, after all!
Food is good here. But a VERY SIMPLE egg & cheese on a roll took OVER 45 minutes (egg & cheese on a roll - - not rocket science here)!? System here is broken & ineffective. Going to avoid this place from now-on... Too ridiculous - - confusion at the register/front counter. Everyone (customers) standing around with long faces. Lots of huffing & puffing, crossed-arms (you get the picture).
A bit pricey for no reason. Food ok
They are one of the top bagel placera in town. Beside bagels they have a nice assortment of various cream cheese. That you are able to sit down and eat it there adds to the experience. I hade a bagel with plain cream cheese together with a cup of coffee. My son, that accompanied me was more extravagant and had a fried egg with his. Everything very tasty.
Best bagels in the area and wonderful neighbors. Terrace Bagels have been generous supporters of PS 107. Thank you!
Good l place for sandwiches and bagels. Comfy area to eat, and very clean place. But now they changed there hours an close early. At 5. No more late night 11 pm or 10. Now You have to travel further. And pray something’s open. For a sandwich and cold cuts.
I used to go here religiously. However, it got too pricey, and they mess up my order 80% of the time. I take the trip to La’ Bagel instead. Way much better in all angles...
One of the worst bagel stores in Brooklyn. I only gave it 2 stars because they are very clean and have a good selection. The customer service is awful, the prices are outrageous and they will mess up your order almost every time no matter how simple it is. I have seen this place mess up more orders than any other place I've been to, sometimes I think they must be messing up the orders on purpose. Don't say I didn't warn you!
Very fresh hot bagels. Loved the egg everything bagel with scallion low-fat cream cheese. Went there two days in a row and I'll def go more often.
These are the best bagels in NYC, if not the world! The bagels are always fresh, the lox is amazing, and the cream cheeses are interesting and delicious. Enjoy!
Frequently has long lines but it moves pretty quick. Don't love their bagels (try La Bagel) but their other stuff is good. I'm partial to the Peter Lugar sandwich but most things on the extensive menu are pretty good.
Whenever I go there they always forget something, and a few minutes later I go back to get the thing that they forgot. They always say that “I have no proof” even though I have the receipt. Like literally every single time. Their bagels are kind of good but their service is terrible.
Excellent Bagels especially when they come out the oven they should put a sign every hour Bagels come out or every 4 hours they come out let the let the customers know because they taste beautiful when they come out the oven super hot beautiful excellent tasting excellent size I recommended
As a transplanted California kid living in Park Slope in the 90’s this place was terrifying and exhilarating. Better know the details of my order and have a crisp, no-nonsense delivery prepared before joining the long line on a Saturday morning. At the time there was no greater shame than fumbling my bagel sandwich order thereby exposing my non-native status. But that was my problem. The folks in the neighborhood were terrific and the bagels from Terrace were second to none.
I worked here for small period but i really liked this place. Friendly staff and perfect working atmosphere. Thanks guys
Excellent bagels. Be a real new yorker and order bialey
Expensive but a nice place to go by yourself or with someone. A million options for sandwiches and salads and salads that you can put in sandwiches. Overwhelming for indecisive peeps like me!There's a long counter with salads and things to take home that you can buy per pound.Friendly staff.I'd say this is a nice one stop shop. There's sandwiches, pastries, cookies, and coffee. Also a good amount of indoor seating. In the pic is half of a Louie's Delight. I ate the other half. I got it on an egg everything bagel.
Pretty solid bagels and breakfast sandwiches from this large sized shop. Service is about what you'd expect at a no frills bagel shop, so as far as warmth goes, you're in Brooklyn so forgeddaboutit. There is a nice big seating area past the deli counters, but on a nice day, you are far better off taking your spoils to the nearby Prospect Park for a picnic now that it isn't so stabby. The bagels were goo, but to me, not up to the "10 best in the city" bar. The sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel was good, but about on par with what I can get in suburban NJ. The bagel dough was chewy as it should be, but lacking the punch to make it extraordinary.
Very good bagels and both hot and cold sandwiches. A variety of spreads. Good coffee. If you have any dietary restrictions pay attention! I think the chef gets a little overwhelmed and may mix things up. But otherwise a great bagel store/deli.
Great local bagel shop.
Love the environment as well as their bagels and sandwiches..Always fresh food and clean environment.
Random drop by as was feeling like Bagels back from a day in the city.Store is large and well laid out so that you can see all the fillings and produce. The bagels of course are the stars here. Gorgeous chewy texture, the everything has the perfect combination of seasonings without anything being too overpowering.Strongly recommend the everything bagel!
I'm bagel afficionado so this bagel is really not that great. I mainly go to pick up a cheap happy hour bagel @$.50, to get the rotisserie chicken, or some scallion lox spread.
This place is awesome they have so many options to make meals out of and their bagels are to die for. And they make everything in house. It's always packed with tourists and locals alike. It's a family Owen and operated and oriented restraunt. It's tucked away but still hugely popular.
They have gotten alot more expensive over the years. 2.50 for a plain bagel with butter. The bagel is still good but they could have taken a bit more care in the buttering. How is it that one half has all the butter and the other half none?
Good bagels, nice size and hard shell. Slightly less chew in the dough but delicious none the less.
I’ve been going here and the old location for a very long time. Good portions, good food.
Clean, good place for a quick breakfast, nice staff.
This place is the real deal!!! Tons of delicious deli sandwiches and homemade sides to choose from. Staff is kind and quick. 10/10
Clearly a good deli and bagel place. The store is devided in two parts, one to buy food and table to consume it. The service was a little bit on the slow side but the experience was fine and the food good.
Legit bagel shop and so much more. More like good bagels plus an entire Italian speciality shop. The mozzarella looks real good and is made in-house. I’ll be back. Today was just about the bagels. Mmm.
Out of all the bagels shops I have visited this place is the best bagel shop in my opinion!
Fresh bagels, fast service make your own coffee with so many options! Bagel was delicious!
Love this place. Bagels are second to none!
Picked up some bagels for dinner. Had a poppy with cream cheese and an everything with cream cheese. Absolutely delightful. Great bagel flavour and perfect texture. Very enjoyable. The service was quick and friendly. Bagels were packed in paper which was good to see. The shop is well laid out and easy to navigate.
Great team of people always glad to serve . and the food is great.
